Roy Warden seems like kind of a wild character, so it’s possible that he threatened someone. However, we’ve all watched his videos and seen the Latino thugs that threaten him as they pass by. Have the police ever arrested them? I’m sure if they did it wouldn’t make the newspaper.

He gets surrounded and intimidated by 60+ anchor babies who are kicking his barracades down and threatening him while he's trying to exercise his first amendment right and HE GETS ARRESTED??

There's something really wrong with this picture.

despite Roy's "loose cannon" behaviour, I support him. Primarily because he has already pushed the barriers we'd all like to see broken. I believe we'll need more like him in the very near future. Personally, I sit back and cheer him on from the comfort and safety of my computer screen. Not because I'm afraid and he says the things I'd like to say, but because his way is not my way and my way is not as relieving as his. I'll bet he feels tremendously good and satisfied after one of his rants or events. I always feel as though I should have done more after one of mine.

AZ folks have more rights then us in CA. We would have been arrested fast for what the warden did. Im glad to see someone standing up the way he did. Freaking gang banger scums need to be taught a hard lesson. This fight is going to come down to the worst, folks. Wether anyone wants to admit it or not, thats where its headed.

I back him up all the way! It's a sad day, when we have problems and get arrested, and they don't. Soon the balloon will pop. They think we have no guts, I'll spill mine and take a few with me. This old lady will scare the you know what out of them. They'll have to take me down. I'm so sick of this.
