Those members in the S. California area, particularly San Diego, might want to mark their calenders for Saturday April 21, 2007. Attend this annual love Mexico/hate America celebration. See first hand what our current and future hyphenated American citizens think about Aztlan, ahh I mean America. GuardDog

The theme of the celebration is the antagonistic and [...]

Obviously Whites are not welcome there after viewing MinuteMom Chriski's video tape. There are ONLY tolerated "Token Whites" welcome there, who will get into the faces of unwelcome Whites in the best interests of the likes of Enrique Morones and the other idiots prancing around in their "chicken costumes" and wrapped up like Buzzard Rag Burritos.

Anyway, since racially charged "meetings" and demonstrations have been held there for decades, I believe it's time for the city to get rid of "Chicano Park." A petition must be circulated and then presented to the city to paint over all of the "offensive, divisive and racially provocative graffiti" that is pro-communist/socialist. The latino community wouldn't like it if there was a park in that city called Caucasian Park.

Just as we need to dissolve the Hispanic caucuses and Black caucuses, Chicano Park is racism at it's core and it needs to go. Or else not be funded by all taxpayers for the upkeep.

Good idea JB. I've never heard of a park exclusive for one race like a Chicano Park! Even if it was never intended to be that, it appears it is NOW!

How many Whites hold any gatherings there? How many Blacks hold gatherings there? How many Latinos hold gatherings there? All the city council has to do is go and observe and it will be so obvious to them just what that "territory" stands for.

The latinos "claimed it" by spray painting it. No different than when gangs spray paint a "territory." Psychologically, even if you're not aware of it, just the way that place looks will keep any other race of people out and away from there. That WAS the intention 37 years ago and it is still the intention. I believe it has outlived its usefulness. It needs to be painted over and forgotten.

This park is not the only take over. Go to all the parks in California. Look who's there. They don't cost anything to enter and the taxpayer pays for their upkeep. Next time you drive by a park, look at who's there!
