He tells us, “When they intercept them on the other side, they handcuff them, tie them up, holding them for the Border Patrol.”
“What gives them the right to believe they’re in a position of authority?” he asks. “That’s what the Border Patrol is for.”
Balcazar is out on the river a few times a week, looking for anything out of the ordinary. He tells us he’s looking for the Minutemen.
He laughs and adds sometimes he spots people looking at him through their binoculars on the other side of the river.
We asked the Minutemen organization here in South Texas about its policies. They tell us no one is allowed to speak, gesture, or touch illegals. They say their job is to observe the activity and report it to Border Patrol.
But Balcazar says he’ll be watching.
“If we see something going wrong, we’re here. And we’re going to report it to the authorities,” he tells us.

I don't believe the MM tie up the illegals for one minute. But if someone sneaks into your home, what gives you the right to detain them until the police get there? Think about that. They sneak into my country, where I live, pay taxes, and expect to be protected from harm and I'm suppose to just watch as it's invaded. This country is it's people and we GIVE certain rights to certain authorities, if they become derelict in their duty, then by god someone needs to protect us.
And if the MM are so brutal why would he be laughing when he sees them. Could it be that it is not as serious as he cries it is. Meaning they think our border and its protection is a joke. Is that why he finds it so funny? And why are those AUTHORITIES even listening to people from a foreign country over the safety of our own people? America if you're reading this, take note. We the Americans need to get our priorities straight. Start looking out for our own people. In so many ways.

Doesn't the word slander mean anything anymore? Since the Minute Men are an actual group, not just a general description, they should sue anyone who defames them and makes statements that aren't true. Maybe that would shut them up.

From what I've seen and heard, YES. There is no way around it.
