Well, well, well... just lookie here...

La Raza goon Marcus Aguilar, now he's crying the *victim* while he promotes Latino reconquista racism...

Remember, *he & his flock refuse to drink from the white man's fountain* yet him & his non assimilating flock have no shame in stealing from the white man's resources!!

I really don't feel bad for KABC, they did a dirty deed to Kevin James and to Mr. KABC!! I suspect that Doug McIntyre will eventually follow in Kevin's footsteps, next Al Rantel and finally KABC will be Spanish programming. Personally, I boycott KABC/Disney radio/TV too!!

Hysterically funny... But...

The suit alleges, however, that McIntyre is guilty of civil rights violations for inciting others to harm the school and its students, as well as slander.

Hey, what about Sandy Well's rights in this case, he was the real victim, nearly ran over by goon La Raza using his SUV as a weapon & this a$$hole physically assaulted him & took his property/audio tapes??

A year-long feud between a talk radio personality and an L.A. charter school is ending up in an unusual court case.

School administrators filed a lawsuit this week against KABC-AM (790) and Doug McIntyre, alleging the host of "McIntyre in the Morning" targeted the school in a slanderous, racially motivated campaign last summer that resulted in a bomb threat to the school and ongoing security risks.

Academia Semillas del Pueblo and Marcos Aguilar, the El Sereno school's co-director, claim McIntyre "targeted the school for destruction because the children were Latino, the teachers were Latino, the principal director was Latino," according to the suit.

About 92% of the school's 327 students are Latino.

The school was founded in 2002 with the mission of "providing urban children of immigrant families an excellent education founded upon native and maternal languages, cultural values and global realities," with teaching primarily in Spanish.

It became a focus of controversy last year when McIntyre accused the school of pursuing a racist, separatist and dangerously revolutionary agenda. The allegations were looked into by Los Angeles Unified School District officials. They found nothing politically worrisome, but they did have serious concerns about the school's low test scores, which were a secondary focus for McIntyre.

The conflict between KABC and the school first made headlines last year.

Last June, a man tried to run down a KABC radio reporter who was outside the campus interviewing parents. The suspect was arrested on assault charges. School backers insist the incident had nothing to do with them.

KABC spokesman Steve Sheldon said the station would not comment on the lawsuit.

McIntyre has worked for KABC for about five years. His morning talk show, which is from 5 a.m. to 9 a.m., has been on the air for roughly two years and is advertised as offering a "balanced look at the day's hot topics with a healthy dose of humor that keeps listeners coming back for more."

Talk radio hosts have long taken advantage of 1st Amendment free speech protections that give them broad latitude.

The suit alleges, however, that McIntyre is guilty of civil rights violations for inciting others to harm the school and its students, as well as slander.

According to the court filing, McIntyre made a number of false statements, including: "His [Aguilar's] job is to keep his school, his madrasa school, open so they can train the next generation of Aztec revolutionaries. Again, I want to make sure that we emphasize this: This school should close."

The lawsuit also quotes McIntyre as allegedly saying: "Aztecs butchered and ate Spanish invaders. I wonder if they're teaching that at ASDP."

KABC would neither confirm nor deny whether McIntyre made those statements.

As a result of McIntyre's comments, the school has had to hire security guards, adding tens of thousands of dollars to its operating costs, Aguilar said.

The lawsuit follows the firing of radio host Don Imus last week over a racist and sexist remark, which set off a large-scale debate over whether some talk-show hosts go too far.

"Shock jocks" are not new, said Marty Kaplan of USC's Annenberg School for Communication. "The more they could make your jaw drop … the more their ratings went up — it has since become a standard genre."

This is so typical ,they go about doing all of their racist and separatist activities and when someone brings it to light the reconquistas call them racists.
Antonio and his co-horts need to be sued ,tried as traitors and jailed.

Academia Sues KABC and McIntyer for Slander

Academia has filed suit against KABC radio and host Doug McIntyer for engaging in a "slanderous, racially motivated campaign last summer that resulted in a bomb threat to the school and ongoing security risks".

First thought is to laugh out loud at the audacity and absurdity of this lawsuit. But once one regain their senses, this is a serious and dangerous assault on Free Speech.

The main thrust of Academia's lawsuit is that McIntyer's comments cause "NUT JOBS" to call the school with bomb threats and causing risks to the students and staff. But one who knows the history of Academia, will remember that the school was targeted with threats when they were looking at land near Debs Park for expanding their school.

Regarding racism, what this lawsuit attempts to do is target a group of people and their thoughts. I don't find this surprising that in the wake of the removal of Kevin James from KABC and with the Don Imus controversy. That the "INTOLERANT LEFT" and their allies in local government (Monica Garcia, HIS POLLONESS, Gil Cedillo and the "LA ANTONIA TIMES"), would resort to frivolous lawsuits to control speech.

But most important here, "WHO IS PAYING FOR THIS ATTACK ON FREE SPEECH"??. Today it is Talk Radio under attack. Tommorrow, it will be the Bloggersphere.

Lets follow the money trail on this and find how far "UP", this attempt to control speech will lead.

Is it true that Disney makes $$ donations to LaRaza. If so will ASP demand that NCLR stop taking the tainted $$ from an alleged racist entity.

Well, sure they are going to sue. It's an american past time. Anyone can sue you for anything, BUT winning is another thing. This is an malicious annoyance revenge suit, only. It's saying to the only press media person who was getting onto the REAL facts, "Stay Away or I'll sue you for harrassment." If I was ABC, I would rachet up the investigative reporting on this GOON. This is pure intimidation of the free press.
Also, that silly Aztec and human sacrafice loving school just got it's tax payer monies to be run for the next three years with only yearly test scores reviews. I am sure they think life is good.
transfer the pain to these GOONS.

Doug McIntyre is THE BEST local radio host. He covers illegal immigration better than anyone, including John and Ken.

I love him too, BW -- but Kevin James was the ultimate IA man. He needs to get back on the air!!

Anyway, here's what Doug said in a nutshell (I didn't write it down so it's not word for word). Actually, all he said was one sentence. Something like -- in regard to the lawsuit filed by Academia (blah, blah, blah), I "categorically deny" the allegations ... and (not these words mind you) -- we'll see those ba.t..rds in court!!!

Believe me, Doug is not about to lose this one -- and besides KABC has liability insurance for this type of thing and I'm sure they've got the best lawyers in town. Maybe I'll even know who it is when they appear in this matter. I'll let ya know.
