Tijuana, BC. A dozen migrants were rescued of a dwelling of Tijuana, where a gourp of human smugglers maintained them in captivity. Natives of Oaxaca and Chiapas, they paid 2 thousand dollars (little more than 20 thousand pesos) in order to be smuggled into to United States without documents.
